On the heels of our recent Twitter Town Hall with Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, This Wednesday, February 8th at 3 pm EST, LATISM is proud to co-host a second Town Hall on Latino Education.

The Townhall will be moderated by José Rico, executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics, and LATISM community members and the public at large will be able to engage in a direct conversation with Sec. Duncan and ask him questions in English and Spanish via Twitter. The town hall will be streamed live on Arne’s Facebook Page and ED’s Ustream page.

This virtual Townhall presents a unique opportunity for all of us to be at the table, be vocal, and get answers to our questions about the Latino Education crisis.
