NYC-based rockers Outernational have dropped their new music video “Todos Somos Ilegales/We Are All Illegal,” which centers on immigration. The extremely sensitive subject has permeated headlines this week after the Supreme Court made its controversial ruling on Monday regarding Arizona’s SB 1070 immigration law.

“Todos Somos Ilegales/We Are All Illegal” (which includes a visually-rich montage of videos and photos from fans) features glimpses of pop/Latin rock producer Thom Russo, Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, and Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Also, none other than René Pérez of Calle 13 appears in the video as well, which makes sense considering the Puerto Rican rapper’s political outspokenness.
