AZ anti-immigrant leader to fall!

Critics of Arizona Senate President Russell Pearce who sponsored the state's controversial immigration law filed petitions Tuesday to force a recall election for the Mesa Republican.

S.B.1070 Arizona’s anti-immigrant bill was born dead. S.B.1070, aka “attrition through enforcement,” brainchild of Senator Russell Pearce and mothered by Governor Jan Brewer, has been declared constitutionally dead. High and higher federal courts, first at district and later at circuit level in a span of 9 months, confirmed that the United States is likely to prevail over Arizona because each and all, the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Congress, and U.S. Supreme Court precedent regard and treat immigration differently.
